Laboratory Power Supply M178.1 Module
€17.00
The device has a maximum output voltage of approximately 100 volts – 30 V DC and 3 Amp, which is ideal for your radio laboratory. Using the additional regulator, you can set any output voltage value up to 30 V. The device effectively controls the output flow. This function ensures the ability to cut off strings during short circuits and over-the-air conditions. A visual LED indicator is provided as soon as the set value has been moved.

Description of the circuit
Selected transformer with a secondary winding 24V/3A, which is connected to the “AC IN” connector. The supply voltage from the secondary winding of the transformer is rectified by one bridge D2-D5.
The direct voltage at the output of the diode bridge is smoothed out by filter R2, C2. The U1B microcircuit contains a voltage regulation and stabilization unit.
The U1A microcircuit contains a system for regulating and stabilizing the flow. With the help of transistor VT1 and LED D7, an indication of the transition to the stabilization mode is implemented. The U2A microcircuit contains a reference voltage circuit. The power regulating device forms transistors VT2 and VT4. The output voltage is set behind the additional variable resistor R14, and the circuit flow is set behind the additional variable resistor R8. The output voltage is taken from the “DC OUT” connector. At contacts P2, P3 “FAN” there is a voltage of 30 volts, to which the active cooling of the device can be connected to the selected fan and stabilizer.
