14-Day Return or Exchange
You have the right to return or exchange any purchased item within 14 days of receiving it. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product in its original condition, and we will offer a full refund or an exchange. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Union on consumer rights – buyer must pay return shipping and return item with all original packaging and accessories.
1-Year Warranty for Repair
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our electronic devices. If your product experiences any issues due to manufacturing defects within this period, we will repair it free of charge. This warranty covers only defects that arise from normal use of the product and does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
To initiate a return, exchange, or warranty repair, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with any necessary instructions.

Don’t worry about it. We also perform out-of-warranty repairs. The average cost of repair is 15-25 euros plus the cost of components if their replacement is necessary.
The customer also pays for shipping both ways.
