Withdrawal Policy

Introduction

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or postal mail):

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.

If the purchase is financed by a loan agreement linked to this contract, the applicable legal provisions of your country of residence shall govern the consequences of withdrawal.
